Depending upon the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, we do our best to select the most efficient shipping method available. If you do not see a shipping option for your location, you may contact us for a custom quote (please include your city and postal code).

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. To avoid complications or delays, please make sure you verify your address and include a valid email and phone number where you can be reached to arrange delivery.

Domestic Orders: $8.50 Flat Rate
USPS Priority (2-3 days)
UPS Ground (5-7 days)

International orders: $28-$60 depending on destination
USPS First Class Mail to Canada (2+ weeks)
USPS Priority International (6-10 days)
UPS Express (3+ days)
DHL Express (1-3 days).

Taxes & Customs Fees

All items shipped within Michigan are subject to sales tax.

This website does not collect international customs fees. The recipient is solely responsible for estimating and paying any local duty, VAT, tax and/or other import costs associated with orders placed outside the United States. We recommend that you estimate these costs upfront, before you place an order. If you refuse a shipment, you remain responsible for all original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs incurred on the package (original and return shipments) and the cost of returning the package.

Return Policy

We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and will find a product you will love. All digital pattern sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, however any physical/shipped material will be replaced at no cost if damaged in shipment. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of your order being delivered.
